Boredom doesn't kill, it merely causes stroke.

Today was a mundane day for the first day of school. The 2 hours of biology was so dry that it made my butt crack.
Zhen Wei was behaving like a tard, going around telling everyone abot the MA SS SS SSP.
Zhen Wei : "Do you know what event is going on now?'
Victim : " No, so what is it."
Zhen Wei : " Its the... Mass SS SSP. AND THAT'S THE M A S S S S S S P. If you didn't catch that, it is the M A S S S S S S P!"
The Malaysian speaks it with such exuberance and enthusiasm that makes one actually look forward to a lesson of Ms Noraisin Noraini. Okay what a lie, not even Sunkist raisins could make people look forward to attending a lesson taught by the latter.

Okay shall talk about myself now. I reached home today at 4.30 pm and played guitar all the way til 7 pm. It's actually quite interesting figuring out the new toy. Got some tips from Nic about the how to fully utilise the guitar, adjusting the pickups and all the technical stuff. Bought a new pedal bag together with the trio at Bras Basah. Was quite dissapointed as the pedal bag which caught my attention is actually fashioned to fit drums sticks but I bought it nevertheless as it fitted my pedal, was well padded and its exterior looked decent.

Am watching the television now after dinner. Somehow during examinations, I have lots of spare time.
Okay shall saunter to my room now and slowly read through my textbook for tomorrow's Social Studies Preliminary Examination.

Life's good

Hello dear people, I'm really glad to announce that I've got a FREAKIN' PIMPLE ON MY CROTCH. Gosh. How lucky could one get. It's really big in case you wanted to know. I've got pimples at the coolest spots of your body. I had on my right cheek a couple of times. In case you were wondering, what's wrong with a pimple on the cheek? Pimples belong on the face don't they? The pimple was on the right butt cheek people, right butt cheek.

The most recent one that kind of gone down was the one on my right armpit. Man, that's too strategic a location. Imagine an innocent movement like the maneuvering of the arm. Just a simple act like this brushes against the pimple which makes it hurt. I thought that it was bearable, considering the fact that I was studying instead of enjoying the presence of a new friend. However having a pimple on the crotch? Boy, that's far too close for comfort. It's disturbing the twins, denying them space. Particularly to the elder of the twins who happens reside on the left. Talk about being shameless to come uninvited, it actually behaves like a parasite, clinging onto the hammock which the twins share. I mean you can call upon from friend for help, but you don't exploit him do you? Okay i think you people actually get the idea already so i shall stop helping visualise this grotesque. Moving on, I've been studying at Kallang CC which is at Boon Keng mrt. Relatively conducive environment as it's really quiet. Had another camwhore session with Yi wei (lawl..) It sort of made me feel like life had more hope, like there was a greater dream to pursue. I believed it assuaged her boredom. Here's one of the many shots.


Oh and I'm gonna play for a church friend, Rachel's wedding. Sounds fun to be playing in a four men band for a wedding. Seems slightly challenging as there's only 1 guitarist and I've got to alternate between guitar 1 and guitar 2, which is both the lead and rhythm. Had a warning from Ci Hui (Drummer Siollllll) that her bro Wei Qi would "drill" us. Sounds sadistic but good in a way. Gonna play 3 songs - Awesome In this Place, I could Sing of Your Love Forever and All the Heavens. Have to go down to China town with Wei Qi to Nic's music school on Monday where i will apparently get some 1-to-1 training before the practice. Sounds intense eh? Looking forward to whole event.

Unfathomed love

I was just watching by the corner a few days ago as I observed my Dad clear the water in the fish thing. Water would be sucked out by a pump and the mouth of the hose will be submerged into the water while the water gets sucked out.

It would be an inalienable act for the fishes to swim over to the other side of the tank in order to avoid the foreign object. Many fishes as expected did so. The observation hitherto was boring as i thought it was sort of predictable behaviour and i obviously didn't share the same interest as the old man, who could sit in a chair, mesmerised by his fishes. Soon, a gold fish swam over to the side with the hose. Choosing to believe that the fish would have been intelligent enough to avoid the hose, I sat by observing the scene. It swam around the hose curiously and soon, it got "sucked" by the hose. Its body was at the hose and it struggled. Fortunate for the fish, it was big enough not to have been sucked into the mouth of the hose. After a big thug, the fish managed to struggle itself away from the hose. Its body however was slightly hurt as I noticed a portion of its scale dropping off. The goldfish swam off nonchalantly and soon joined the others, swimming around as though nothing happened.
My father who was also watching from the back felt kind of hurt as his poor fish was hurt in the event.
Isn't this scenario like our lives? Often, we play with fire and get ourselves hurt. Yet we, who are the ones getting hurt behave as if nothing had happened. Our parents, who are often the ones clear up our mess, notice our mistakes and they too feel hurt. We are just like the Goldfish, making messes in our lives and always harbouring the thought that our parents, who in this case are the owners, would clear the mess and we do this so often that it seems mandatory to us. After a mistake, we apologise and continue as per normal and sometimes, we even make promises to our parents, promises like us concentrating on our studies and never commiting the mistake again. We however, often break these promises and we commit these mistakes over and over again. As teenagers, we don't often learn from our mistakes and often falter, losing our footing on the good foundations which our parents advocate and commiting these same mistakes again. Our parents, who can only guide us through this walk of life, are the ones feeling despondent about our wrongdoings. We fall into these traps of sin over and over again and but our parents love for us never falters, unlike everything else in this cruel world.

We often behave with recalcitrance and we're often unreceptive to the teachings from our parents. Instead, opening our ears and learning from them, we find them naggy and we tell them off, speaking of them as being too traditional, being away from this modern society. I am definitely guilty of such behaviour as i often quarrel with my Dad, telling him not to think like we're in his era. I am very grateful to my parents as they guide me through this path patiently but yet strictly. Despite messing up my year in Secondary one where i horsed around everyday, my parents never gave up hope on me. Even after they got the call telling them that i had to receive caning for cheating in Geography for the End of Year Examination, they never gave up hope on me, or left me in the lurch but instead encouraged me to press on.

How could anyone comprehend such unfailing love? How can anyone be adamant towards this love?
